The HA1500 series analyzer is particularly suitable for measuring the Vol% level of a gas in binary or pseudo binary mixtures.
The HA1500 series analyzer is particularly suitable for measuring the% level of a gas in binary or pseudo binary mixtures. For example, hydrogen (H2), helium (He), dissociated ammonia, sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), and inert gases such as krypton (Kr) and xenon (Xe) can all be measured using this technology. The thermal conductivity method is particularly suitable for measuring gases without dedicated sensors and can provide a cost-effective analysis solution.
According to the process conditions, different sample gas pretreatment systems (standard or customized) can also be selected. For applications with corrosive gas environments, different sensor devices and accessories can be selected based on specific gases. HAXTEC will recommend a complete system to customers after obtaining detailed gas content information.
For hazardous area applications, sensors can be remotely installed in the hazardous area and connected to electrical devices within the safe area through a Zener safety barrier. In addition, when used in more hazardous areas, electrical devices can also be installed in EExd explosion-proof enclosures and non-contact calibration can be performed through the remote control keypad.
