The HX2200 Oxygen (O₂) Analyzer is applicable to a wide range of scenarios requiring precise oxygen level measurement. Whether for ppm or percentage concentration measurement, safe or hazardous areas, or diverse production conditions and working environments, the HX2200 can be configured to meet your application requirements.
Oxygen (O₂) measurement is mandatory in numerous production processes to verify oxygen presence and concentration. Typical scenarios include nitrogen (N₂) generation, aerobic manufacturing processes, and manual intervention operations such as chamber entry for maintenance to guarantee operational safety. Other applications including furnace gas monitoring and inert gas shielding (glove boxes) demand low oxygen concentrations to eliminate safety hazards.
Different types of fuel cells (consumptive and non-consumptive) are available for selection based on distinct application demands. Leveraging extensive manufacturing expertise and carefully sourced raw materials, HAXTEC produces sensors featuring fast response and outstanding durability, delivering superior technical performance and ultra-short warm-up time. Customers may select various sampling systems to accommodate long sampling pipelines and high sample gas pressure. Customized designs are also available upon application requirements.
For hazardous area deployments, the sensor can be remotely mounted within hazardous zones and connected to electronic display units located in safe areas via Zener barriers. Alternatively, the electronic display unit can be installed inside an Exd flameproof enclosure as an optional configuration.
The rack-mount design of the HX2500 is perfectly suited for analyzer cabinets, offering an optimal solution for users who need to integrate multiple analytical instruments in a single cabinet.
